Lead generation is an important part of any agent's success. In fact, according to a recent National Association of Realtors (NAR) survey, agents expected their company or broker to provide tools for lead generation.

Combine this with a recently released consumer study from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's (MIT) study on lead conversion; we streamlined many parts of our lead generation program.

Basically, agents want their company to provide them leads and the consumer wants immediate responses to their questions. This is a concept we absolutely agree with!

Agent Phone Duty:
One of our most popular lead generation tools is our evening and weekend on call phone duty agent. When a prospective buyer or seller calls after hours or on a weekend or holiday, there is a DEEB Agent ready to help.

Internet Leads:
Some research estimates that 90% of home buyers and sellers start their search online. The Internet is one of the most important lead generation tools. DEEB Realty's cutting edge web site and the 80+ other syndicated Internet site we use generates an enormous amount of leads which are distributed to our agents.

CMA Requests:
As part of our Internet tool box, we receive 100's of CMA requests each year. These requests come from multiple sources but the vast majority comes from DEEB Realty's powerful Internet presence and company marketing.
