New Agent Mentor Program

One of the most important things a company can do for new sales associates fresh out of school is assign them a mentor. When our sales associates are assigned their mentor, they can be assured their mentor is a highly qualified motivating individual.

What is the role of a mentor? A mentor is an experienced sales associate that loves to teach. His or her role is to guide the new sales associate in all aspects of the real estate business. Mentors at DEEB Realty will assist their mentee's with answering questions, listing properties, marketing and advertising advice, purchase agreements, buyer inspections, closing processes, and more.

UNLIKE other companies, new sales associates at DEEB Realty DO NOT pay for their mentors. Each mentor receives 10% of the new sales associate's first 4 closings. However, the mentor's compensation is paid by DEEB Realty's split and not the sales associates split. This is very unique as most companies deduct mentor fees from the sales associate's commission.

Here is an illustration of how it works. Assuming the new sales associate is on a 70% / 30% split:

The sales associate's commission: 70%

DEEB Realty: 20%

The Mentor: 10%
