One of the most important aspects of choosing a real estate company is their agent training programs. At DEEB Realty, we offer our agents the most comprehensive and up-to-date training in the industry.
Our associates have access to over 250 classes and workshops every year. We teach over 100 different class topics including real estate contracts, creating a market analysis, learning the MLS, listing presentations, marketing for your listing and yourself, lead generation, new construction, financing, short sales and foreclosures, commercial real estate, tax preparation, and much more!
By popular demand, DEEB Realty's training classes are also going web-based. Most classes taught in live lecture forum will be posted on GoDeeb.com and can be viewed online at anytime, day or night, at your own pace.
Here are a few other exciting facts regarding our training programs:
- Unlike other firms, we have ongoing training, not just a two or four week crash course in which you are expected to retain all there is to know about real estate then be sent on your way to play REALTOR®! At DEEB Realty, brand new agents go through a series of orientation meetings with staff and preferred partners, they receive a training manual, and are assigned an experienced mentor to assist with the learning process.
- Our training is designed to accommodate your schedule. We have over 250 training classes and workshops throughout the year that are offered during the day, at night, and on weekends to make sure you're getting the maximum opportunity to attend classes.
- Our classes are taught by certified real estate instructors, top producing agents, and specialists in their respective real estate related fields. The goal of each instructor is to educate you on how to be the best REALTOR® possible in order to help you achieve your goals. We are always adding new classes and updating existing classes so our agents can stay on the cutting edge of the real estate industry.

The following is a sample of just a few classes we offer:
How to correctly fill out purchase agreements, listing agreements, and all associated addendums that go along with every type of real estate transaction. These classes are interactive and we provide you with examples of all contracts and addendums, and a training manual that you can take with you to study after class.
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) - Learn and understand how to use and navigate the MLS to pull up searches, e-mail your prospects, develop a market analysis (CMA), compile statistical information, and more. Learning how to use the MLS system efficiently and effectively is crucial to a REALTORS® success.
These types of classes may be the most important, especially for newer agents. We understand that an agent only has one shot at getting the listing, and that your success is determined not only by the information you provide, but how it is presented. Our classes are designed to help you give powerful listing presentations so you can be confident when you meet with the homeowner. These classes are taught by top producers so what you learn has already been tried and tested by the best in the industry.
Working with Buyers
This class is excellent for those who want to be the most effective buyer agent they can be. We discuss working with buyers from start to finish.
Learning how to respond to questions and objections appropriately is key in developing confidence. The more confident in what you know as it relates to real estate, the more business you will earn. Class participants include both experienced and new agents which enhances the learning experience. This class is interactive and teaches by role playing, phone techniques, and communication skills.
Seminars and Nationally Recognized Training
Some of our instructors have attended seminars from some of the nation's best trainers. As a result, we have recreated theses classes for our agents for free. Normally they would cost someone hundreds or even thousands of dollars to attend.
For Sale By Owner Strategies
FSBO's want to sell their home, and you want to help them! This class is designed to teach you how develop relationships with For Sale By Owners, and turn them into clients. Our laid back low pressure approach, flexibility to create individualized fee structures, and FSBO support services make DEEB Realty unique in the local real estate market.
Most new associates ask, "Where do I start? How do I get prospects?" This class will give you a jump start and offers a wide range of prospecting ideas from making effective phone calls, Internet lead generation, using social media for marketing, to more traditional farming programs. This is a great opportunity for you to learn new ideas about marketing yourself.
