Extra! Extra! Read All About It...At DEEB Realty You Pay Absolutely NO Fees!
Actually, this is not breaking news since DEEB Realty has not charged a dime to its REALTORS® in extra fees since we opened in 1993. Unlike many of the other real estate companies, we charge absolutely zero fees. At most real estate firms, agents MUST pay monthly fees, yearly fees, transaction fees, support fees, copier fees, telephone usage fees, rental fees, and fees that don't have a name yet, or a combination thereof. Oh, and don't forget those "surprise" unannounced year-end fees that your broker swears he or she told you about.
There are many names for fees that real estate companies charge their agents, but in reality, these fees are just another way companies take money from their agents.
Here is the best part; the creative names many real estate companies use to justify to their agents why they are getting charged these fees -
marketing fees, media fees, technology fees (sometimes they call this one a "contribution" - it just sounds better than fee), franchise fees,
desk fees, office improvement fees, training fees, etc.
I guarantee you have been told by other real estate firms that if they don't charge any fees, you don't get good service. Wrong! DEEB Realty is living proof!
A large portion of the income generated from each closed transaction is invested back into our company to provide the most cutting edge resources, technology, training, and support possible to help our sales associates succeed. We spend money on things that get results and not on high dollar advertising campaigns that have no real benefit to our associates, customers, or the community.
