Agent Referral (Override) Program
For almost 10 years DEEB Realty has offered our sales associates incentives to tell everyone about our company and it has been very successful. The Agent Referral Program (a.k.a. The Override Program) is our way of saying thank you to any sales associate that recommends another company's agent to DEEB Realty.
It's Simple!
Let's say Angie, who is a sales associate at DEEB Realty recommends Tom currently working at another real estate company to consider
working at DEEB. If Tom comes to DEEB as a sales associate, Angie will receive 5% commission override on Tom's commission.
Please note, the 5% override comes from DEEB REALTY'S Split and NOT Tom's split. This is unique because most companies that offer these types of incentives typically take the 5% split from the agent split, or they start at a lower commission rate to compensate.
Here is an example of how it works: using the agents mentioned above, let's assume Tom is on a 70% / 30% split.
Tom's commission remains: 70%
DEEB Realty split would be: 25%
Angie's override: 5%
An agent may receive this 5% override for up to 50 closings.
It is simple and a great extra revenue stream for our sales associates.
