Builder Services
In 2009, DEEB Realty created a Builder Services Division. We recognize that representing a builder is vastly different than representing a traditional existing home seller. All too often, agents simply treat new home sales like a traditional sale when in fact it is very different.
As a result, we hired Jim O'Neal, an experienced new construction sales specialist, to oversee this new division. Jim is available to assist in any way possible for all DEEB agents representing builders or buyers of new construction. His vast knowledge of the new construction industry is ready to assist you.
The mission of the DEEB Builder Services Division is as follows:
Builder Representation
One of our primary duties is to assist DEEB Agents that either currently represent builders or are interested in representing builders.
Buyer Representation
DEEB Builder Services Division is just as eager to help our agents who are representing buyers of new construction.
Training
DEEB Builder Services Division will assist you with understanding the entire process of listing lots, new construction contracts, buyer representation, and upgrades. Whether it is forms and contracts or understanding builder specifications, you will never be left alone in the process. We are also available to assist you during the contract negotiation process.
Trained Model Agents
If you have ever represented a builder in the past you understand finding quality model agents is quite a task. It is easy to find a new agent fresh out of school to "plug" a hole in the schedule but rarely are there knowledgeable and consistent agents available for your model homes.
We can help provide trained new construction model agents for your models homes. These agents understand your builder's product, specs, and the selling process. Any prospective buyer that visits your model can obtain instant and correct information about your builder's home.
Marketing and Advertising
Whether you are an experienced agent with a history of representing builders or you are new and have never represented a builder, our service to you is the same! Our director will assist you with new innovative ideas of marketing and advertising your builder's lots and homes.
Contracts & Negotiations
Just about every builder has their own purchase contracts. We will assist you and your clients with the complex aspects of these purchase agreements. We are here to help you navigate common contingencies, closing issues, warranties, and more.
